Lester & Peggy Morovitz donate $5,000 to help Everett’s needy

Lester and Peggy Morovitz of Everett Taxi/Malden Trans recently presented a generous check of $5,000 to Carolyn Lightburn, Director of Everett Human Services to provide needy families throughout the city at Christmastime and year round in emergency situations.   The Everett Co-operative Bank recently donated $5,000 to the Office of Human Services to assist with the Holiday Programs for Everett families and also to assist with the Emergency Services Program.  Carolyn Lightburn, Director of Human Services is pictured with Elizabeth P. Jones, President and CEO, Kathleen Rush, Vice President Retail Banking, Marjorie A. White, Senior Vice President and Treasurer and Joseph Keohane, Senior Vice President and Senior Loan Officer.
