  German Luna-Romero, 24, of 118 Vernal Street was charged with furnishing a false name/social security number; unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle; marked lanes violation; and stealing, falsifying, etc. motor vehicle documents.

  Giliardes Cunha Melo, 26, of 2 Fairmont St., Woburn was charged with unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle; and blocking or casing gridlock.

  Carlos Enrique Castillo, 25, of 61 Ceylon St., Dorchester was charged with operating a motor vehicle with suspended license; uninsured motor vehicle; and operating an unregistered motor vehicle.

  Giovanni DiVincenzo, 47, of 322 Ferry Street was charged with assault with a dangerous weapon.

  James P. Monteiro, 35, of 211 Chelsea Street was charged with a Middlesex arrest warrant.

  William B. Smith, 50, of 72 Prescott Street was charged with domestic assault & battery; and two counts of intimidation of a witness.

  Clarence Earl Berry, 59, of 207 Shurtleff St., Chelsea was charged with an arrest warrant.

  Bao Hoang Tran, 20, of 164 Russell Street was charged with an arrest warrant.

  James Edward Regan, 23, of 50 Ashton Street was charged with illegal possession of a Class A substance; and failure to wear a seat belt.

  Fred Allen Stoddard, 49, of 19 Edminster Court was charged with three arrest warrants.
