Bryan John Sharkey, 24, of 27 Springdale St., Malden was charged with operating under the influence of liquor; failure to keep left when passing; and failure to stop for a mechanical signal.

  Carl L. Fulton, 51, of 176 Hancock Street was charged with domestic assault & battery.

 

Wednesday, April 4

  Nerlande Joseph, 28, of 106 Wilbur Street was charged with being a disorderly person; and resisting arrest.

James Michael McSorley, 27, of 50 Pearl St., Somerville was charged with larceny of property over $250.

 

Thursday, April 5

  Jose Chacon, 44, of 50 Norwood Street was charged with domestic assault & battery.

 

Friday, April 6

  Steven J. Garrett, 43, of 89 Herman St., Winthrop was charged with unarmed robbery; two counts of breaking & entering in the daytime with intent to commit a felony; resisting arrest; simple assault; malicious destruction of property over $250; and a Malden Police arrest warrant.

James R. Napolitano, 57, of 142 School Street was charged with a Pembroke arrest warrant.

 

Saturday, April 7

  Samuel Duperier, 17, of 181 Elm Street was charged as minor carrying/transporting liquor; and tagging.

 

Sunday, April 8

  Noel Ernesto Lopez, 33, of 484 Ferry Street was charged with domestic assault & battery.
